Damn. I've not even gotten the first issue yet and he's already off the book.

I guess I only need to buy three of these then. When's the JLA:Classified story going to see print?

All things considered, who wants to put money on the idea that DC will just shit-can that, too? The finsihed art will be used at cutting boards, and scratch paper.

Thank you, Chicken Little.

I hope you're wrong, Mike...but I'm worried. I'm really looking forward to that arc. Without knowing any "behind the scenes" stuff, it sure looks like they're not exactly embracing JB, doesn't it? I don't want to ask him about it on the forum, since he's seemed to avoid the question when it comes to upcoming DC work...and that's fine, it's up to him what he want's to divulge, after all. I just know I'd like to see him on a monthly mainstream book or two. Detective needs a regular artist I hear! Can you imagine, Dini/Byrne?

I would like to see the Stern/Byrne/Farmer JLA arc but who knows when it's going to appear. I haven't seen any announcement about it, other than what JB said.
I have a feeling Mike may be right.

Finally got the ish yesterday and got to read it.
Damn! What a great first issue!!! One of the best things to come out of the post-Crisis DC.

I took a look at issue 4 of the Atom and wow did it suck!
I still think it was a bad move on DC's part to kick Byrne off the book. The sales on the first two issues were pretty good but I can't imagine that lasting long with the artist who's on the book now.
